Unfortunately, they were unable to fix it and informed me that I would need to upgrade to their premium service for further assistance. One of their staff members performed a remote access on my computer to try and diagnose the problem. In an attempt to resolve these issues, I contacted Norton's customer support. To make matters worse, I was unable to access any of my apps. ![]() This issue persisted for months, and eventually, my laptop screen began to flicker, turning on and off repeatedly. Over time, I noticed that my laptop began to slow down and the RAM usage started to increase. However, my experience with their service has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.
